What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy provides you with regular, non-judgemental space for you to talk about and explore any problems or issues, and explore emotions such as rage, confusion, grief and depression. My aim is to facilitate such exploration, to challenge assumptions and to enrich your concept of self. Whether you are experiencing overwhelming circumstance, long-standing problems, or a general discontent with life, therapy could be a good place for you to receive support and insight. I do not believe that 'one size fits all'. You are unique, with a unique background and way of seeing the world. I will integrate and utilise a number of techniques and theories in order to work with your particular needs and character. I may work in a directive manner, asking relevant questions to help you gain fresh insight into the challenges you face.
